After Hours and Weekend Policy

If an emergency should arise, we ask that you be seen at the Hazel Park Urgent Care.

If you need to speak with the provider after hours please call the after hours hotline at 248-270-7860. In the event that we do not answer please leave a voicemail and the provider will return your call within 24 hours for non-emergent situations and within 1 hour for emergent situations.

Our after-hours hotline is reserved for urgent medical matters and emergencies outside of regular business hours. Please call this number only when you have a pressing medical concern that requires immediate attention.

For non-urgent inquiries, prescription refills, or scheduling appointments we encourage you to reach out during business hours or use our other forms of contact.

This portal is for established patients only.

Portal Messages are sent directly to the provider to respond with a turnaround time of 24-48 hours or sooner by return message or phone call.
